Dr. Nick s White & Healthy Dentistry is growing and adding an additional front desk staff member to our Dental Team 3 days a week from 8:00am - 5pm, with possible full-time opportunity in the future. Are you ready to join a well-established state of the art dental private practice? Our office is in the South Tampa/Westshore area close to the interstate. Applicants MUST HAVE front desk experience of atleast 2 years. MUST HAVE experience, strong knowledge and comfortable working with Eaglesoft, PPO and HMO plans, treatment planning, have a great personality, work well with other team members, be energetic, motivated, goal oriented and able to learn and retain any training quickly. Bi-lingual is a strong plus but not required. Hourly Pay DOE ranging from $18 -$20 per hour.

• Must have atleast 2 years Eaglesoft experience
• Must have 2 years experience working with insurance
• Greeting incoming visitors, answering and routing incoming phone calls
• Respond to incoming phone calls
• Answering/directing incoming calls and greeting visitors
• Responding to telephone calls and greeting visitors
• schedule appointments
• greeting guests
• Perform administrative and receptionist duties
• Completing clerical and receptionist duties
