This involves time in-store evaluating customer needs and providing solutions (60-80%) as well as visiting sites that will bring business to the store on a daily basis. Being the face and voice of the business requires a high energy level and ability to adapt to various situations. Must have a working knowledge of Apple Products and the desire to learn basic troubleshooting and repair. We are a top 3 Franchise location nationally, so come excited and stay positive!ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Provide in-store retail customer service as needed.* Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service and product needs.* Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.* Uses problem-solving and people skills to ensure swift resolutions to technical problems.* Provides accurate timelines for repairs and upgrades.* Tests, troubleshoots, and diagnoses computer hardware failures.* Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.* Establish and continue to grow relationships with businesses and consumers alike.* Shows a positive outlook and outgoing personality as a representative for our brand.* Meet or exceed the new business sales goals.* Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Experimax's services and pricing structure.* Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow up appointments with customer decision makers.* Regularly meet with Sales Supervisor to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.* Manage day-to-day schedule for visiting sites.* Replaces and/or repairs faulty components and.* Contributes to team effort by taking on additional tasks as needed.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS* Computer proficiency in Apple and Microsoft applications, Apple computer experience, a plus.* One year of experience in a customer-facing sales role (business to business or consumer-based).* Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.* Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.* Previous experience interacting with customers and businesses* Ability to listen and intelligently respond to customers while in public situations* Previous cold-calling experience preferred.* Familiar with general productivity software.* Works well with others and promotes a positive work environment* Must present and communicate in a professional manner.* Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Must be organized with good time management skills.* Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.* Knowledge of the technology industry in regards to computers and mobile devices.* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS* Travel to various sites within assigned territory or other markets.* Consistent and reliable mode of transportation.* Good driving record.PHYSICAL DEMANDS* Must have the ability to sit / stand on feet for long periods of time.* Must have the ability to sit in vehicle during transit for long periods of time.* Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.DAILY SCHEDULERange of shifts between 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday; (38-40 hours). Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends (90% of Sundays off). Occasionally be able to work later for community events or scheduled on Sundays (<10%).
